Seasons 52 is a fresh grill & wine bar based out of San Antonio, Texas. With multiple locations across the country, Millies Engineering Group and Aria Group partnered to help support their expansion in Chicagoland with a new location in Oak Brook, Illinois. Covering the recent uptrend of restraunteurs using fresh ingredients to support an enormous wine menu, this establishment targets professionals across any industry. The perfect location for a business lunch, Seasons 52 fills a need for a beautiful venue and an air of luxury.

Seasons 52 is a renowned restaurant chain known for its innovative approach to dining. Established with a commitment to seasonal and fresh ingredients, the restaurant’s name reflects its menu concept, which changes four times a year to align with the seasons. Without a doubt an incredible dining experience for wine-lovers, our design of this building aimed to highlight their massive selection with the island bar taking center stage. Additionally, due to the restaurant creating unique seasonal dishes, the kitchen needed to be highly functional to support a menu which changes four times a year. As part of the message of a transparent dining experience, the kitchen is visible from the dining area, necessitating an appealing aesthetic. Lastly, design details such as the wicker lighting fixtures and blue tiling were intended to reference the farm-to-table strategy of Seasons 52. With our firm’s help, not only the food and wine will seem fresh to visitors, but also the emotional impact of the interior of the built environment.
